Our job estimates are free of charge, so that we may have the opportunity to meet you and personally discuss your wants and needs. Doing a job and doing a job right are two completely different things. We will make sure in advance that you are receiving everything you are expecting at the price you are expecting before the work begins.
Installation
Installing equipment or cabling is a source of pride for us. We feel that having courteous technicians that do quality work is something that you should expect from Ideal Communications. Clean, neat installations are a standard trait of our workmanship.
Programming
Many times, clients purchase new equipment in order to have functionality that they did not have with their old equipment. Sometimes, it was needless because their old system had more ability than they knew it had. This is why it would be a good idea to check with us prior to purchasing new equipment. It may be that you could save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation, by learning to utilize your current equipment to its full potential.
Training
Training is an essential part in any installation. We are not out to make a quick sale. We are interested in making you life long customers. This is achieved by making sure that you know how to use your equipment.
Even if you did not purchase your equipment from us, we still want to make sure that you know how to make it work for you. Call us to schedule a time to come give training in a classroom or individual format.
Repair
Nothing is more damaging to a business than to be without communications, even for a short time. We are dedicated to seeing that this does not happen in a variety of ways.

Second, we highly recommend quality surge suppression for your electricity as well as for your phone lines attached to your equipment. This prevents needless system down time and replacement due to storms and lightning strikes.
Third, we also recommend power backup systems designed for the traffic load your communications systems will require. This will prevent down time in the event of power loss.
Fourth, we have a wonderful reputation in the area for response time. Should you require our services due to your system being non-functional, we immediately put you at the very top of the list for service. Our response time is usually less than one hour from the time we receive word.
Cabling
We offer quality cabling jobs. It is not enough to have the right cable. It must be handled with care and to current code specifications to prevent data degradation and loss.

Networking used to be in reference to computers only. Now we not only network computers, but phone systems as well.
